Okay, this picture has an amusing story behind it. I was walking towards the Artist Alley for my Saturday morning shift at the Tsunami table when I spotted this girl and a guy. I noticed she was dressed similarly to the character Mireille from Noir, so I asked if she was cosplaying as her. She didn't know what I was talking about, so I explained that Noir was a fairly new anime and described how she was dressed like the character. We had a quick laugh and she was nice enough to let me take a picture of her even though she wasn't intending to be dressed like any anime characters.
